Docherty`s Fish & Chips in Spruce Grove

This place is awesome. Best selection of fish great food that takes me back to when i was a kid seeing the fish and chips wrapped in news paper. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is friendly place is clean.Waiting for the covid 19 to settle down so when they reopen i can return for the perfect meal. Best food fish and chips outside the west or east coast

Dochertys is As close as it gets to getting the traditional Scottish fish n chips here in Canada, they even properly wrap it in newspaper to go, as they would in UK! Me and my friend's love coming to this place and I hear they have delivery now which is great if you're feeling lazy. Even if you go for the lovely chicken pot pies!

Last two times went there first time 45 minute wait then this time they said 30 minute wait and only two people In the restaurant. We used to love going there but service no longer good. Wont go back.

I'm from Vancouver Island. I live in Edmonton. We drive to Spruce Grove to get the best fish n chips this side of the Rockies!Friendly and well skilled, the staff give you an authentic dining experience that leaves you Christmas dinner full.They have 2 great local crafted draft beer on tap to cleanse the palate. It remindes me of the chippies at the dock.

This restaurant is the one I always prefer. I visit many restaurants but to this place I constantly return again and again. The team is very welcoming and the food they serve is so delicious. I would always prefer to have a good dinner in this restaurant. Highly recommended.

Was really good! Little bit slower service due to limited staff, but its worth waiting. I do feel bad for staff because they get slammed

Docherty's is a local Spruce Grove gem, that the world needs to know about. Absolutely fantastic food and service. The staff are so friendly and the shop has such a genuine and local style to it. I ate there yesterday and the owner himself, seated me on the patio and set up the umbrella for me. If you're looking for a good local eat, go here! Koodos to the team here.

All You Can Eat Mondays? What an amazing way to start the week with tasty food, amazing atmosphere, great beer and the staff were beyond friendly. Will deffinitley be going back!

Server was alone and overwhelmed. Took a long time for the food but she acknowledged this and did her best, management should have provided more help. Might have been a one off experience, will try again because the fish was nicely battered.

This is a very good restaurant, just love everything on the menu. You might think that it's expensive, but you get your money's worth and by that I mean you get a large meal. Definitely recommend them. Also excellent service and friendly staff. 👍👍

The food was good, but the service was slow and they wete not really apologetic about it. They only gave 1 piece of fish on an all you can eat and it took 30 minutes.

Always a favorite. The Halibut never disappoints.
